SURFACE DESIGN AND COMMUNICATION GRAPHICS
A summary of print design, setting prints in repeat- both half and full drop and going through several iterations to finally arrive at the final hand painted print. It has been curated into a coffee table book with grid layouts made in Adobe Illustrator in the communication design course. My inspiration was Moroccan architecture, coupled with smatterings of Persian and Spanish influences, so it's a story of symmetry, of jaalis and utter royal vibes all through!

DESIGN PROJECT 1: RADHANPUR SEWA HOME LINEN COLLECTION
The design project is meant to allow the student to engage with socio-cultural and economic dynamics of small scale crafts which are centered around non woven making techniques and processes. Abductive logic governs design process. One has gone to the opportunity, then solution then back to redefining the opportunity and back to refining the solution.


DESIGN PROJECT 2: JAIPUR SCREEN PRINTED TEXTILES COLLECTION
“In colors bold and stories told, Jaipur's essence, here unfolds.” This line perfectly sums up the essence of the project. The project deals with developing screen printed textiles for home or apparel collections based on an inspiration of Rajasthan.

HISTORY OF INDIAN TEXTILES: A RESEARCH PAPER
This paper is submitted to Prof. Sucharita Beniwal at NID Ahmedabad, and done with the reference of craft documents present at the KMC, NID Ahmedabad. It is a paper based on the comparison of the past and present of the original Queen of Silks- the Indian Kanjeevaram
